Huge Second Half Lifts Glenwood over Harlan by 14

Harlan took a 35-30 lead over Glenwood heading into halftime. The second half was all Glenwood as the Rams defeated the Cyclones 74-60 at home. Junior Andrew Blum led the charge for Glenwood dropping 29 points on the Cyclones. Christian Stanislav and Nate Mohr scored 17 and 15 in the Glenwood win. Glenwood scored 21 and 23 in the final two quarters to take control in the second half victory. Glenwood's great defense showed up in the second half allowing only 25 points to the Cyclones.

Glenwood vs. Harlan Double Header Preview

The Cyclones of Harlan will be in town tonight for a double header. The girls varsity will start at 6:00 PM and the boys game will follow twenty minutes after the girls. The Harlan girls come to town with a record of 6-9 overall and 3-6 in the conference. Harlan boys have a 9-7 overall record and are 6-3 in the conference.

Rams Win By 22 on the Road / Girls Fall in Close Game

The Rams bounced back after their Friday loss by defeating Creston 68-46 on the road. After being down in the first quarter the Rams put together a 19-0 run on the Panthers. Glenwood never looked back after that and took down Creston for the second time this season. Andrew Blum had a great game for the Rams and led the team in scoring with 23 points. Next up for the Rams will be Harlan on Friday night in Glenwood.

Skyhawks Knock Off Rams in Double OT

Friday night the Omaha Skutt Skyhawks defeated Glenwood in double overtime 82-74. Christian Stanislav was the leading scorer for Glenwood with 24 points. Stanislav started out hot in the first quarter scoring twelve of Glenwood's twenty two points. A big second quarter for Skutt (18 points) but them up on the Rams 36-32 at halftime. The entire second half both teams were hitting big shot after big shot. A late three pointer for the Skyhawks helped send the game into overtime at fifty seven all.

Skutt Heads to Town for a Battle Against Glenwood

Huge game tonight in Glenwood! Nebraska's seventh ranked team in Class B Omaha Skutt will be in town for a showdown with the 11-4 Glenwood Rams! The Rams are currently on a six game winning streak and that will be put on the line tonight against one tough opponent. Tuesday Skutt lost at Pius X 58-79 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Skutt is coming into town with a record of 11-4.

I am currently a mentor with this program and I encourage people to sign up. One hour a week can make a huge impact on both the mentor and mentee.
